3. Services I use
Personal Prof uses third-party services to help operate the business. Depending on how you interact with Personal Prof, these may include:
- Google, including Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Meet, and related services, for scheduling consultations, business administration, document storage, and online meetings;
- GoDaddy, for domain and/or email services; and

I do not submit, publish, distribute, or otherwise share your academic work with other people.
I also do not use your work to train an AI system or provide it to an AI service for analysis unless you have specifically agreed to that use.
5. How long I keep your information
I retain client information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal, accounting, or other legitimate business purposes.
Student assignments, drafts, and other working materials will ordinarily be deleted within 30 days of the student's final coaching session.

If you request access to your information or raise a privacy concern, I may retain relevant information for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request or resolve the matter.
6. How I protect your information
I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, copying, or modification.
These measures include using password-protected accounts and devices, limiting access to client information, and using established third-party platforms with appropriate security measures.
